How do I use Prevalite?

Prevalite powder should be mixed with fluids (such as water or juice) or food (such as soup) and be taken orally. Do not take the dry powder alone. Prevalite is typically prescribed to be taken 2 to 4 times per day before meals and/or at bedtime. Follow your doctor’s instructions carefully for using this medication.

Take care to consume plenty of fluids and stay hydrated while using this medication.

It is recommended that you take any other medications at least 1 hour before or 4 hours after you take Prevalite, as Prevalite may interfere with the absorption of other medications.

What if I forget to use a dose of Prevalite?
