What is Vasculera?

Vasculera contains diosmiplex which is a combination of diosmin and alka4-complex. Diosmin is a flavonoid that naturally occurs in citrus fruits. Alka4-complex is an antacid that is used to protect the diosmin from being broken down by stomach acid before it is absorbed into the blood stream. Vasculera works by helping to restore normal venous tone and capillary resistance.

How do I take Vasculera?

Your doctor will recommend the right dosage for your condition. The most common dosage is one pill daily at the same time every day. Vasculera pills may be taken with our without food. Some patients may have to take as many as two or three pills daily. Do not take more than what your doctor recommends.

What if I forget to take a dose of Vasculera?

If you miss a dose of Vasculera, take the missed dose as soon as you remember, but if it’s almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue on your regular routine.

What happens if I overdose on Vasculera?

How do I store Vasculera?

Warnings

Diosmin inhibits platelet aggregation which can prevent blood from clotting with long-term use. There is a report of a hemorrhage in a patient that on prolonged diosmin therapy and just six weeks of warfarin treatment.
