How do I take sodium bicarbonate?

You should always take this medication as instructed by your doctor, pharmacist, or the instructions on the medicine label. Some side effects only need your doctor's attention if they persist or get worse. These include: increased thirst, urinating more than usual, dry mouth, gas, mild stomach cramping.
