How do I take Select-OB + DHA?

A Select-OB + DHA dose requires taking a chewable caplet and a DHA soft gel capsule, both of which are taken once a day, orally, with water. Consult your doctor about taking this medication with food. The caplet may be chewed. Swallow the DHA capsule whole; do not crush, split, or chew it. Do not take this medication with dairy products. Do not take antacids within an hour prior to taking Select-OB + DHA, or until two hours after.

What if I forget to take a dose of Select-OB + DHA?

If you forget to take Select-OB + DHA ­­at the appointed time, do so as soon as you remember and are able. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the one missed and return to the original schedule.
