Mission and Values

Since 2005 FamilyWize has been dedicated to helping improve the health and well-being of individuals, families and communities through meaningful community service partnerships.

Our Mission

Improve people’s lives by providing access to affordable prescription medications.

Our Values

Trust, transparency and simplicity are the cornerstones of how we help improve people’s lives. We believe that everyone has a fundamental right to quality, accessible and affordable healthcare, and that no one should ever have to choose between their health and other basic needs, regardless of economic circumstances, age, race, religion, ethnicity or sexual orientation.

Our History

FamilyWize was established in 2005 to provide more affordable prescription medications to everyone.

Over $1 Billion Saved

2017

Today, FamilyWize has proudly helped over 10 million people nationwide save more than $1 billion on their prescription medications.

Our Partners

Through our partnerships with some of the most respected community groups, health care providers and retail pharmacies in the country, FamilyWize is providing access to more affordable prescription medications to individuals and families.

Among our partnerships are United Way Worldwide, the American Heart Association, and the National Council on Aging.

Looking forward, it's important to recognize the profound changes in our healthcare landscape. Well over 80 million people are uninsured or underinsured and still in need of our help. The FamilyWize prescription assistance program has helped over ten million people save more than $1 billion on the cost of their medicine. We are setting a new, very ambitious goal of helping 25 million people by 2020.
