Dan has led FamilyWize since 2005 when he and his wife Susan founded the FamilyWize Community Service Partnership. Dan’s vision for FamilyWize stems from his 25 years’ experience and expertise in large wholesale, consumer group buying and membership benefits. Under his leadership, the FamilyWize prescription assistance program has helped millions of people save more than $1 billion on the cost of their medicine. Dan and Susan and their two boys live in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania.

Joseph Sanginiti has spent more than 25 years with several Fortune 500 organizations. As a senior executive in the pharmacy benefit management industry, Joe was responsible for both the integrations and management of pharmacy operations nationally. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of a number of companies and non-profit organizations.

At a time when health care costs continue to rise and the economy is bouncing back from a major economic downturn, FamilyWize is making a major difference to those who have few options when obtaining necessary medications.
Bruce has over 25 years’ experience and expertise in operations, corporate financial planning and capital markets through a broad-based financial background that includes public accounting and financial management for both publicly held and privately owned companies. Bruce has been a member of the Board of Directors for many companies and assumed operating roles, led companies in developing comprehensive and cohesive growth plans, and other strategic business initiatives. Bruce and his wife, Sharon, live in Malvern, PA and have three daughters.

Susan joined FamilyWize Community Service Partnership as the Executive Director of Community Engagement. Susan set the strategic direction for community engagement and is responsible for leading the rapidly expanding national network of like-minded organizations, currently comprised of over 50,000 national and local non-profits and agencies. Prior to joining FamilyWize, Susan served 25 years as a United Way professional, most recently as the President of United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania, Office of the President at United Way Worldwide as Vice President of Membership Accountability, and as Executive Director of the United Way of Amarillo and Canyon, TX. Susan and her husband Ben live in Easton and have three daughters and four grandchildren.

Ken brings over 40 years of healthcare experience to FamilyWize. He has experience in E-Health, Managed Care, Transplant Services, Pharmacy Mail Services, Medical Devices and Drug Delivery Systems, Home Infusion Therapy and Hospital and Retail Pharmacy.
Prior to FamilyWize, Ken held executive positions at Surescripts/RxHub and HealthNexis, the exchange funded by McKesson, Cardinal Health Systems, AmeriSourceBergen, and Fisher Scientific. He also served as Director of Transplant Pharmacy Services at Chronimed, a nationwide specialty pharmacy.
In addition, Ken has 14 years of clinical pharmacy experience in retail, hospital and home care pharmacy. He received his Bachelors in Pharmacy from Purdue University and his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota and is also Managing Partner of KEM Consulting.
