The FamilyWize card has been a godsend to the strapped family budgets of the uninsured residents of our county. Our best promoters are the pharmacists themselves who are compassionate for their customers who are both ill and uninsured. There will continue to be a role for the FamilyWize program in the future because not all of our residents will qualify for insurance under the Affordable Healthcare Act.
